Call of Duty®: Mobile Review
Call of Duty: Mobile is a shooter game for mobile devices published by Activision. It was initially released in 2019, and now you can download Call of Duty: Mobile for free on Android and iOS.
Gameplay: CoD Goes Mobile
CoD: Mobile does a great job in adapting classic gameplay of the Call of Duty series to mobile. The gameplay is almost the same as in the latest Call of Duty games on PC or consoles: there are various online game modes to play with other people. You can select one of the several classes and unlock new weapons and modifications as you play. You can also rank up and compete with players of your skill level. There is as well an impressive battle royale mode with up to 100 other players inside. CoD: Mobile also has frequent updates with content: seasons change every month, and the developers always have something new to offer.
Graphics: One of the Most Realistic Shooters
The graphics are by far the most impressive part of CoD: Mobile. The game is way more realistic and detailed than any other shooter we have seen on Android or iOS devices. Moreover, it is completely free to play, making it even more shocking. It is logical, as the maps are pretty small, and the power utilization for displaying such detailed objects and textures should be compensated by the moderate amount of these textures and objects. However, battle royale mode breaks all these arguments as it is not less detailed but has a vast map, which fits one hundred players simultaneously.
Controls: Comparably Comfortable
The interface might seem a bit overloaded in CoD: Mobile, but you get used to it with time. This especially concerns the battle royale mode, where you have more gameplay opportunities, and there are more buttons. However, it is still more comfortable to play than PUBG MOBILE as that game is a port of the same PC game with transfer of most of the mechanics, while Call of Duty: Mobile was specifically designed for mobile devices.
Even if you are not a big fan of shooters, Call of Duty: Mobile might bring some positive motions to you. It is free to play, so we strongly recommend at least trying it as the game is truly worth it. The gameplay is pretty deep and loved by millions of players around the world, the new content is supplied frequently, and the replay value is extraordinarily high. The graphics are stunning, and the sound effects are fine as well, so we truly consider CoD: Mobile to be one of the best shooters available on mobile devices right now.
